How quickly can you close?

After-renovation value (what the property would sell for fully fixed up) minus our renovation costs, minus holding and selling costs, minus our margin. Typically 70–85% of after-renovation value depending on work required.

Do I pay realtor commissions?

No. Selling directly to us saves the 5–7% commission. You also avoid most seller closing costs. Your lawyer handles the legal work — typically a few hundred dollars.

What if I change my mind?
